I went to E12 Medical centre for a gp appointment and my doctor was Dr Shafeeka Kaldeen. She is a very polite and caring doctor who works with patients really well and I am impressed with her amazing qualities. | ||||||

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor/GP.I go into the room...no introduction and the doctor lags behind me late, wasn't even offered a seat. He asked me how I had been getting on but anytime I tried to explain anything he would just interrupt and not listen to me. There was no sense of rapport being established and the medication he gave me had lactose as an active ingredient , something I wasn't informed about and as a result suffered stomach aches from. | ||||||

Every time I call it take 40 minutes before they answer call and given blood test on 3rd of many still hasn't received any results
