All my Family and myself are registered with the Surgery since 2013 and have found to be very efficient, the reception staffs are very helpful. I have had no problems getting an appointment whenever I call them, as the surgery is very busy you may have to dial few times before you get an answer. All the Doctors are excellent providing up-to-date information at all times. I would thank all the Doctors and reception staff for their good work. | ||||||

I have never seen service like this, worse ever in my life, I was suffering from my ear problem, I was calling them from 3 weeks and no one was picking my call, when they picked they hanged up straight away, I visited my self to GP, was in the long queue and was calling from my phone, and staff was listening but no onewas picking the calls, just hanging around joking with each other, I visited extended hour gp service and they referred my again to GP but GP was still not picking the call, last week suddenly I was calling they picked up and gave me appointment for Tuesday, 4th Dec 2018, and I went there standing in the queue more than 30 min and when my turn came to receiponist, your appointment is for 11:20, as they booked me in for 10:20, all there staff is irresponsible I will never recommend any one to go to this GP, I will make complain to NHS and higher authorities about this as I have severe ear problem and these people are playing with people lives, | ||||||
