Absolutely appalled. What happened to data protection of clients??! My information was given out to my abuser, making my situation worse. What excuse do they have for this? I'm a grown adult and gave no consent for my private information to be given out! They had my number to contact ME regarding MY situation!

What sort of doctors let a patient die in pain?I never got a response from this practice  via stpaulswaymedicalcentre@nhs.net This practice only considers themselves and not the patient 1st in dior need to be civil which is uncivilised considering the clinical profession they caused my brothers death. They even got rid of the doctor and the pharmacist responsible, very suspicious! I don't like the way my late brother Jimmy McGovern was treated by this practice of doctors that treated him as a drug addict even though he was on methadone for 2 years and weened off this year, consequently your undecisive practice never agreed to give him the appropriate pain killers and left him without any pain killers at all for serious spine degeneration pain, slip disc and gore stones that pushed my brother to the limit of reasonable reasoning that made him mentally ill. You even prescribed him Laxatol and other laxatives that gives you more pain/spasms whilsted he had constant diarrhea. Your practice let him die, whilst house bound in agony! Re (Mr Jimmy McGovern) 30th April 2021 Dear Keiran Carr, I have read your review investigation and don't agree with it because it is far from the truth and want it reinvestigated. His doctor visited him because he was housebound, doctors don't make home visits on a normal basis. He couldn't go out of his home for 6 weeks he has been housebound because I spoke to him and he told me so also David McCallum his x key worker. He was completely free off methadone for 1 months so there is no reason for him to get it. He didn't have any pain medication in his flat and was suffering from pain very badly, no effort was made on Hamza or medical pharmacy at St Pauls way medical centre to get his medication to him especially since he got annoyed with a member of pharmacy staff and called him an idiot because he needed his medication. Haza lies contradict this story. Jimmy got desperate with pain suffering from slip disc, Kidney stone and spine degeneration. He couldn't take the pain no more, he said, even though a referral was made for him at Barts but sleep deprivation effected his mental illness and he got ill again hearing demonic voices from his stereo leading to his death on 26th March 2018.He was due for his depo mental health injection some weeks later so that responsibility lies on your Lookahead for failure of care and St Pauls way Medical centre.

Reception, Management and appointment systems should be looked into. everything is Terrible apart from doctors. But how can you see them !!!!!
