I called this surgery 4 times today. I was told in the morning that the doctor will call me by 12 this morning unfortunately it didn’t happen so I rang again at lunchtime and was told that the doc will call in the afternoon which never happened. Receptionist over the phone was very abrupt and not professional at all. Told me to go to a&e or to the urgent care instead that they are treating only “routine” appointments and she hang up?! Obviously my issue doesn’t require an emergency care! Please avoid this place you definitely won’t be seen by doctors here… I think the management team should be aware of who they employ here… | ||||||
