I feel I need to put my review forward on Bromley By Bow Surgery I would like to say how friendly and Professional the Doctors and Staff are at this surgery ?????? I have been quite ill the last few months and without the kindness and empathy of these Professional people I feel I would not be in the “good space” I am in at the moment. The GP who treated me( whose anonymity I respect ? but they know who they are ??) showed me kindness and empathy which helped me enormously and I will be forever grateful to this kind human being and never forget them Thanks to them I see a bright positive future ?? Thank you from the bottom of my heart I have read some of the not so good reviews and I understand if you are ill and in pain it’s very difficult to appreciate sometimes what other people are trying to do for you ?? and you feel you are not getting the care and attention you need From the Receptionists to the GP’s they are all there for you and are doing their best ????? They have a massive workload and sometimes things don’t go quite to plan ?? But I just want to say a big thank you to all the GP’s and Staff Keep up the good work ?? Good Health (Mental and Physical) and ??Peace Joy ??Love and Laughter to all the GP’S Staff and Patients at Bromley by Bow Surgery ??????????
