My experience with one particular receptionist was brilliant. I came into the surgery in much distress, experiencing great breathing difficulties. The receptionist remained calm, empathic and showed compassion. This approach made me feel that they were concerned regarding my health. Having these traits goes a very long way especially when working in an environment were unwell people come to. I would like to say keep up the good work and thank you. |

Very painful in my leg the reception would not let me speak to the the doctor earliest consultation is over a couple of weeks what is the surgery for |
