the staff are lovely you can not ask for better stuff carol is a sort the kind of lady you will take home to your mum Mary is lovely she will do anything she can to make Shaw your ok and Linda is Linda she will do all she can as wellk, how can you moan about the stuff as for the doctors they do all they can respect to nhs stuff ,,.. |

X-ray in june suggested GP refer. Was Aug before GP referred. I waited and waited for an appointment spoke to physio he said takes 4-5 weeks said he’d checked the system-thrn chased it up again to be told GP PA been off sick I should have been sent a text with a link to book a time. Nothing was sent to me. When i put the phone down I immediately received s text to book myself. Id waited 5 weeks when actually i wasn’t in the system ( this was neglect on the Surgery ) my appointment is now December the earliest i could get. Oh sorry about that was all i got. The ‘physio’ they now have sounds promising except ive spoken on the phone not sure what the point of a physio is on the phone. I alSo had 2 appointments Cancelled for him as he was off sick for a while. In addition it is difficult to get any appointments in the first place. Plus when you do get one - (its by phone) they give you a time they will call but never call at that time! My job doesn’t allow me to have my phone on/with me so I arrange to be ready at the allocated time. Never has it happened at that time. Then if you miss it you have to start all over again trying to book another appointment - its all So difficult- meanwhile the illness gets worse. |

If I ever have a long term illness or pass away then this surgery is responsible! It is a very horrible and terrible service with staff that are extremely insensitive and rude towards their patient. Especially the receptionist that have been there for a long time! They speak to you with no manners! The doctors don’t ever see you face to face anymore and always provide you with any medication over the phone I can’t wait till this place shuts down and people honestly get better care elsewhere |
