Until 3 months ago I lived in elsewhere and used the Somerford Grove Practice since I arrived in my previous address 40 years ago.
I only have good things to say about the doctors I dealt with: Moira and Mark. Also the nurses: Fiona and Pauline. The surgery works fantastically well and does not seem to fit in the horror stories one reads about in the papers about the NHS.
I moved to Harringay three months ago and have to look for a new surgery and I am really sad - and concerned - because I do not think I will find one as good as Somerford Grove. I went for an annual asthma review with the Practice Nurse. She made me feel very at ease and was helpful with advice. She not only went through the review very thoroughly with good explanations, but she also took a planned blood sample test which meant I didn't have to come back the following week for it in a separate appointment.
She went through my condition thoroughly and was very easy to speak with, professional and approachable. | ||||||
