AFTER COVID 19 ITS EXTREMLY HARD TO GET TO SEE PERSONALLY FACE TO FACE ANY GP OVER THE PHONE OR BY VISITING THE SURGERY.ON LINE TRIAGE IS A JOKE THAT DELAY SERIOUS DANGER CONDITIONS FROM BEING DEALED WHITH FAST FOR EVERYONES INTEREST.DUE TO EXTREME DELAYS IN THE APPOINTMENT SYSTEM I HAVE PERSONAL HEATH DAMAGES.only i need i emergency referal to a rehab center in central london and emergency obesity management help in community but is extremly hard to get to speak to anyone, |

I have been part of this Surgery for 5 year, it was a really good surgery I was able to book appointment on the app whenever I needed if not on the App I was able to book via Receptionists. However ever since the pandemic has happened it has become terrible and UNSAFE!! No appointment system, you call and get asked to submit a form and then have to wait for days in my case 4+ days to be contacted by GP, and then prescribed medication without being seen and that’s not even the worst of it! Receptionist don’t care if a patient is a child they are adamant the form is filled up and have to wait for phone consultation first. Because of this everytime something is wrong I’m having to turn to 111 because a GP will contact me the same day and where necessary will see on the same day! Why I’m I having to contact 111 when I’m part of a Surgery |

Staff are very rude for no apparent reason as to you just being there. No appointments available, being told to register online for an appointment but can't get past the name and address page for patient access, won't take any phone calls either. Having to go into hospital to be seen. I recommend changing to a new gp if possible! |
