I moved to the area at the end of last year. So far 4 appointments have been cancelled at the last minute. Which is terrible. One appointment was cancelled after I had already turned up. I was informed of this by the Receptionist in an abrupt and unsypathetic way. I have also had problems with one Doctor. Sharing mental health concerns with a GP is always daunting and she did not make the process easier. This Doctor was deeply insulting and patronising towards my issues (I have a diagnosis of severe anxirety and emotional dysregulation disorder) and she implied It was my fault. on top of this She only allowed me to bring up one concern during the appointment. She stated that I would need to book another appointment to discuss anything else. have had good experiences with all the other Doctors at this surgery and one Doctor is even particularly helpful. (Dr Christopher I think his name is.) However my experience with the female Doctor was atrocious. I do not reccomend this GP Surgery for the amount of cancelled appointments and the rudeness of some of the staff. | ||||||
