I saw three different Doctors and each one said they would do a referral.Someone in the office did not process the paperwork she knows what she is doing shame on you.l went to the Maplestead Rd surgery and it was a completely different experience Avoid St Albans surgery in Urswick Rd | ||||||

It's not the first time I've run into a receptionist who treats me with indifference and doesn't want to help me. I arrived at the GP from the emergency room (Queen hospital) with a toenail infection. the brunette lady, older, with shorter hair, unfortunately I don't know her name, was very rude to me and instead of helping me, she yelled at me, telling me that she couldn't help me. the same lady treated me with indifference when I came to ask for help for my husband who had chicken pox | ||||||

I would avoid this place like the plague...rude staff, never any appointments, repeat prescriptions never correct meaning I am often left without vital medication, they are not a caring drs , I was told I would be referred to a hospital and 6 weeks later it still wasn't done !!! I suffer from depression and was really feeling low, and on speaking to a nurse practitioner, (despite asking to speak to a GP) I was told not to try and commit suicide and read a bible!!!!!!! Seriously !!!! I took myself to a&e where I was accessed and a home treatment team was allocated to me . This surgery is dangerous | ||||||
