I have never had a problem getting an appointment to suit me and always the day I ring. the receptionists are polite and helpful and good surgery nurse support , I have recommended the surgery to a friend who was not happy with her Doctor and she is also very pleased with her health care, she is in the seventies and me in my late sixty's so health care is very important to us. | ||||||

Fantastic GP (down to earth) and all staff extremely helpful however there is one receptionist that I find as sour as lemons and when I complained they apologised under duress, but they are still extremely rude, abrupt and unhelpful. If they answer the phone I find it easier to make an excuse and call again later. | ||||||
