I have been registered with this Surgery since 1993 and have always been extremely happy with the level of care provided. This is the only Surgery in the local area where you are likely to get a same day appointment and if they are fully booked, then the lovely reception staff will do their best to fit you in as an emergency if you are prepared to sit and wait. They are also very efficient in getting repeat prescriptions filled for you. All the staff at the practice are professional, efficient and caring. Thank you for all your help over the years. | ||||||

I have been going to Maynard Court Surgery for nearly 7 years now, I have always found the reception staff friendly and helpful. The nurse I saw was also very friendly and helpful. One doctor in particular is outstanding in the service they provide always happy to listen to the smallest problem. They also take the time to scan your record before they see you so you don't feel like you're seeing a complete stranger. | ||||||

My personal data has been breached by this surgery. They have sent many letters to the wrong address which included personal details about myself, my health, and the medications I take. The staff have been extremely rude to me whilst I have been attempting to rectify this, and have been very hostile towards me both on the phone and in person. I've also had many issues with getting my proper prescriptions from the surgery. As far as admin and data are concerned this surgery are TERRIBLE. I feel personally violated and have not received adequate concern and care of my issues. Avoid at all costs. | ||||||
