Used to love this practice and care it provided. Now you not only have to get past the reception it’s you have to get past a nurse who I assume is able to be told over the phone there is nothing wrong with my child without even talking to her or looking at her. My husband went a few weeks later and a prescribing nurse refused to give him medication that he has always had and needs. Instead telling him he needs something weaker and less effective and low and behold isn’t keeping his condition at bay. My husband said she made him feel like he was lying about his condition even though it’s in his records. This new system will cause something serious to be missed. I’m very disappointed with this practice and this new system seems like it’s nothing more than cost cutting and patients will suffer.ii’m really sad to say I would not recommend this surgery any longer |

Had an appointment for Saturday morning went to the Grafton surgery as text told me but Grafton was shut, luckily had my mobile with me so phoned number on the text message found out that I was booked in at Hawkesbury Road surgery about a 15-minute walk away from the Grafton surgery, what great communication skills they have.
Suggestion PLEASE COULD YOU INFORM PATIENTS OF CORRECT SURGERY it would make life so much easier .. |

No wonder A&E gets blocked up. The surgery is just over the road from me and I am a patient and it is that surgery which sent me to the hospital.. I 'popped in' to see if the practice nurse could spare me less than a minute in reception to advise me on a replacement dressing, which covered a biopsy wound on my hand which had been carried out a couple of days before. The dressing given to me by the pharmacy kept falling off. 'No she is fully booked I am afraid' - as much as to say 'clear off - go somewhere else. Could she not have had a word as the previous patient was said goodbye to?
Talk about inflexible!
