I have recently left a review about my 85 year old partner who ended up having 2 flu jabs. I have just spoke to the surgery manager. What a lovely lady. Polite. Caring. So nice to talk to someone who listens | ||||||

having recently had problems with my diabetes, not being able to control me levels, the practice nurse went out of her way to help me. The ladies on reception are always helpful and will go out of there way to help. My diabetes has now been brought under control with thanks to the practice nurse. | ||||||

Regrettably, I was passed to a receptionists "colleague "today when returning a missed call from the surgery.Apparently my yearly diabetic blood test was borderline but I have to wait 2 weeks to find out more as it's not 'urgent 'my husband was treated at this surgery recently for "sciatica" 'and spoke to the very same woman asking for an appointment because of unbearable pain ,she was equally condescending with him offering an appointment 16 days later .He died 4 months after that from stage 4 kidney cancer ,PERHAPS that's why I told her I was stressing about my results !,although strangely ,she assured me mine was only routine also (after telling me she couldn't read the results! ) | ||||||
