In matters of physical health, l believe this General Practice does its best to provide good physical care. eg reminders about cervical and breast screening. However, the new NHS mental health system, where patients are referred to primary care as opposed to psychiatrists, is proving inadequate. I'm sure it saves money, but it won't help sufferers in the long run. I was told by my GP in March that they were not responsible for my mental health. But it begs the question, who is ? Where do we go, when our minds cannot function? |

The drs are great & so are the nurses but those rude spiteful receptionist are something to be desired. Spoke politely to said receptionist and she was shouting dont shout at me when I was calmly saying what I was calling about. Totally put off by this narcissistic woman. Will be making a formal complaint. |
