I think the reception staff are lovely and always helpful. Agreed, it can take some time to get through on the phone but it is a busy GP practice and I hear my friends say similar things about the practices they are patients of. I have always been treated well here. |

The patients experience from beginning to end is severely lacking at this surgery. It quite often takes an age to get through to the reception team and when you do, god forbid you want to make an appointment for anything other than that day. Often the earliest available appointment is over 10 days away so whilst your situation may not be urgent the likelihood is that you want to a doctor in fairly short order. You can run the gauntlet of calling for a same day appointment but this is not helpful for those who commute to London and are already nearly in the City. My experience of the care offered by the doctors is very poor with little regard to how the patient may feel and being quite dismissive of symptoms. It seemed to me that no time was taken to familiarise themselves with my (limited) medical history which would have gone some way to making me feel less like I was being challenged at every turn. |
