There are no appointments. You now can’t que to make appointment. Reception manager is a waste of time and receptionists have no appointments to offer. I accept it not there fault and they getting the abuse. Management and go’s need to sort some more appointments out surely! |

I understand that we are experiencing difficult times but I feel that answering a phone call requires a certain level of empathy or even customer service skills. Poor service |

I have had a cough for nearly 6 weeks I managed to get app last week it's a joke Yr jet waiting nearly 3/4hour on phone to be told no app the receptionist are rude the docs brill and when u do get app you wait at least half hour now we have a screen to book in crazy |
