I was 16th in the call queue that took 2 hours then cut off! That is 8 calls taken in an hour to the appointment line! When i tried to ring bac k again i was 12 th i the queue. So had to ring 111 who sent an ambulance out to che c k me over. I consider the service at Oaklands to be way below acceptable | ||||||

Been with the Practice for some years, Nurses are excellent, reception helpful. People are very quick to moan but credit where credit is due. | ||||||
