Called up at 8am and was 18th in the queue. Managed to get an appointment with the GP on the same day. The doctor called me in and examined me later that morning. I was also recommended to see the physiotherapist which was booked in 2 days time. Really fantastic service. The doctor was very thorough. The receptionists were so lovely, especially having witnessed them deal with some very rude people in the waiting room. I've been registered at this surgery for 5 years having had experience with some other local GP surgeries, and can honestly say this is the best surgery in this area. | ||||||

I have tried to get an appointment as I have now been coughing for several weeks. I was in the surgery to see the nurse asked her to listen to my chest she doesn't have a stethoscope so I went to the receptionist to ask to see a doctor. Her response was no appointments left call back for a triage appointment at 1 ridiculous that having seen the nurse I still would need a triage appointment. Called at 1 I was 17 in the queue and guess what no appointments. Need to call again tomorrow. Receptionist was a bit rude ..... | ||||||
