Receptionist is always so very and disrespectful. Trying to find out who called you why you were contacted to be told no one has however call log says u were called. Tells u there is a letter from the doctor on the screen but doesn’t tell u or know how u access the letter. Tells you will call you back and doesn’t them when asking what is meant in the letter as I don’t u sweat and she says never does she and when u ask if u can talk to the doctor or someone else she says no put in a medical request in the morning and puts the phone down on you. All the other staff doctors/nurses admin are amazing and always so willing to help however she doesn’t and is always rude | ||||||

Had a problem regarding xray results so called drs and was told to write to administration soi did that and got a call that afternoon absolutely fantastic service both receptionist and Dr was both lovely people .and my problem got delt with straight away brilliant service from all parts many thanks | ||||||

I very nearly died >> not exagerating. Why ? Because a receptionist refused me to see a doctor as an emergency patient three times. I couldn't breath and my face was white and distorted with pain. She said call 111 then went out the back. No empathy whatsoever ever. I paid for a private doctor and within the hour I was in hospital with pnumomia plus other stuff. Five days later I was home recovering in bed. I visited the surgery today for a checkup and observed the receptionists as patients came to the counter. They are a disgrace. Everything was a bother from the looks on their faces >> if looks could kill !!! I could write a book about my bad experiences but I'm not. All I can say to patients is >> find another practice. I can guarentee which ever one you it'll be better than the Hamilton practice. Changing might save your life. | ||||||
