I have been a patient of kings wood surgery for over 10 years during this time I have been seen by all the four doctors I have found them all to be very professional, kind always willing to listen and polite. The nursing staff are excellent and are always caring. I am an emune suppressed patient and during COVID I have experienced exceptional support. I am delighted to post this review. | ||||||

Can’t get a doctor to help with my anxiety all ways having to go to 111 for help doctor won’t make home visit all the doctors are interesting in giving you a pill and sending you coupe on yourow | ||||||

I have been at this surgery for 6 or 7 years now & have no complaints whatsoever! The reception staff are always very helpful and polite, a few times i have been in the surgery and heard them dealing with rude demanding people with unreasonable expectations and they always remain professional! Yes it can be difficult to get through on the phones in the mornings but perseverance has always got me a same day appointment. I have found the doctors to be caring and thorough. No complaints from me! | ||||||
