I want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at West Mersea Surgery. Last year my son was incredibly ill with cancer and sadly died. The respect, attention and care during my son's illness was outstanding. The care for myself during and since my son died has also been exemplary; the professionalism, care and kindness just shows that when you really need it, everyone at the surgery does everything they can to support and help those that are ill and suffering. Thank you all so much. | ||||||

I telephoned at 8am this morning ,obtained an appointment for 10am and saw a doctor who was caring, considerate and thorough in his examination of me. I left better informed and reassured | ||||||

Since moving to West Mersea and registering with this practice, I have been very impressed. I have had a few issues this year which have been dealt with, with empathy and professionalism. I have always managed to get an appointment on the day of phoning and the reception staff as well as the doctors are all very personable. Top marks all round I'd say. | ||||||
