The worst GP I have been so far. All because of their receptionists. Unprofessional, rude, they make the patient feel uncomfortable and are not willing to help. Most of the times, unreachable. I did blood tests and did not get a result for almost two months, when I called to ask what had happened, the receptionist said that everything was fine and that was the reason why I was not called back and that is their policy ('if your results are normal why should we let you know?')- me, not being a doctor, how was I supposed to know that my blood tests came back normal? Or came back at all at this point. On the other hand, the doctors are great. Never had a problem with them, always been heard when I needed to- although, again, every time I had to be booked through 111, which is not ideal, but if the staff at reception is so deviant then that was the only other option I was left with. |

When calling to book an appointment there is absolutely no organisation and there is one particular member of staff that has been incredibly rude an unwelcoming on the phone and in person. There is rarely a nurse available, usually only one night a week but that gets booked up very quickly. From my experience I feel that most of the doctors have too many patients and so the appointments are rushed with little sympathy. |

I have been going to this practice for 63 years (apart from a few gaps abroad or out of the area), starting at Eardley Crescent. I have always found them pleasant, helpful and efficient.
Appointment times are well arranged so patients don't have too long a wait. |
