Reception staff are always incredibly rude to the point of hostile both on the phone and face to face. The GP's at this practice are great however the service they provide is completely let down by the abysmal front of point contact - the reception staff. | ||||||

One of the best surgeries I have come across. The Dr is easy to talk to, is understanding and is just an amazing doctor. The receptionists are very friendly and are always happy to help, sometimes going above and beyond what you would expect. Highly recommend my GP and this practice. | ||||||

I rang the Surgery for an appointment and was offered a time and date that suited the next day.
I was surprised as I had not attended for Eight Years.
During the consultation for my original problem the doctor carried out additional tests not related to my problem he arranged an immediate follow up appointment for further tests during this he recommended further investigation at The Chelsea and Westminster and arranged for me to attend that day.
I then returned to the Surgery for follow up and was very impressed at the attitude and care I received from all the staff.
Reception were very proficient I was made to feel cared for by the Medical Staff and the Nurse who ensured that my original problem was dealt with.
I felt that the doctor showed me concern respect and was reassuring that gave me great confidence in his professional care. | ||||||
