I am applying for life insurance from L&G, who has sent a request to Kynance Practice for my medical report on 11/12/2020. Despite various calls and chaser online, so far there is no response. I have given enough patience considering the disruption and workload down to pandemic, but after 9 month waiting there is no response/explanation yet. All my online request for the medical report was totally ignored. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. | ||||||

I have been a patient of Kynance Practice for many years, as an ex Pharmaceutical industry senior executive, son and brother of doctors, and for 3 years a Patient Governor at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital Trust, London (3000 + medical staff, £380 million annual budget, ) working closely with the previous Chairman. So know something about the medical business. With several afflictions over the years, I can unreservedly give the medical and nursing and other staff, Five Stars for Excellent GP service to me and members of of my family, wishing them well with all my thanks . horrible practice for children. Not only does the clinic have stairs that can’t accommodate baby buggy it also doesn’t have correct equipment to weigh or measure. The vaccination nurse is slow and condescending. Provides incorrect very dated information on vaccines. Refuses to be helpful and hard to get an appointment.Do not come here!!!!! | ||||||
