Reception staff were lovely & welcoming & helpful. Laura who did my blood test was brilliant. I explained I had vey tiny veins & that it had always been difficult. She listened intently & took note & tried on the back of my hand & had instant success . What a wonderful intelligent & brilliant lady. | ||||||

I had to change to this practice a year ago. I have had several GP appointments both by telephone and in person. My NHS care has been consistently professional, caring, and efficient. In summary, I have been very impressed by the Chelsea Practice at all levels, including reception, administrative interaction, support, and follow-up. | ||||||
