I’ve been at this surgery for 5 years and am most grateful for all of the help i have received. The doctors clearly have more work than they can handle, but manage to remain kind and concerned! One doctor in particular has always listened and given me excellent advice.
Contrary to other reviews, i like the reception staff very much. I do think that you have to appreciate it’s a difficult job, with some extremely challenging patients in various degrees of stress! Some courtesy and patience leads to a positive experience i think.

My Family has been taken excellent care by all at emperor's gate surgery.
One doctor in particular has been excellent and every time I have been seen by her I get the distinct feeling that she genuinely care for her patients
I know that she had always wanted to be a Doctor from an early time.
We feel we are blessed in having her as our GP.
Can't fault the surgery.

I haI have been visiting this surgery several times last 5 years. All the treatment was exemplary by the staff and especially the doctors. Last year I have a particular problem with autoimmune disease and I often need to visit the surgery. All the issues have been undone and successful.
