I have been a patient at several surgeries over the last 20 years, North and South of the borough. My experiences at this surgery have inspired several colleagues and friends to register here. The Medical Staff are extremely competent, very thorough and leave no stone un-turned to get down to the bottom of any problem that arises. The entire team are extremely hard working and conscientious. The Reception Staff are always under a lot of pressure from what I have witnessed in the past. They deal with so many different people some who are pleasant and patient, some are just to be honest are very trying and downright rude and disrespectful. I could not do a Receptionist job and I hold them in very high regard.
I noticed that there have been several new receptionists recently, and I hope they will stay and not be discouraged by the unpleasantness and the stress that this kind of job.
As long I remain in this part of London, I have no reason to register with another GP . |

I recently attended this GP surgery with the intention of re-registering here having recently moved back to London. This website clearly states that 'some parts of NW10' are included within their catchment zone, yet when I tried to explain this to reception staff they abruptly told me no and that I would not be able to register here. If this is the case then fair enough, but please provide potential patients with reliable and up-to-date information to avoid wasting their time in the future. Disappointing experience. |

I have been a patient of this Practice for over 25 years. The doctors and nurses are very nice and welcoming on the few occasions where my children and I have have been at the Practice. Recently, two new receptionists have started and have been very rude and abusive to patients including myself. I had an appointment at 9.30am and was waiting for over 40mins, I asked one of the Receptionists, when I was going to be seen by the doctor and they explained that I was the next person to see that particular doctor. I was still waiting when another patient was called in. When I went to check what was going on, the other Receptionist asked me to keep quiet and to go and sit down. This made me very irate and asked them not to speak to patients like that. The polite thing was to inform patients that the doctor was running late and that would have diffused the situation. The old Receptionists are still very nice and caring though. These new Receptionist needs better training to communicate well and effectively with patients. I give them a thumbs down. |
