The reviews about the terrible rude reception are very true. The only caring Doctor at the practice is leaving this month and the new head Dr being appointed is just dreadful. A huge mistake to join this surgery. | ||||||

The Belgravia Surgery is outstandingly good. Don’t believe the negative reviews for a moment. I have years of experience of this wonderful practice. The reception staff and back office staff are lovely, professional, caring and kind. Always! The medical staff are exemplary, wonderful docs. I am so fortunate to be in the care of this exceedingly good Surgery. Many thanks | ||||||

The standard of communications at this practice is extremely poor. Having held on the phone for 20 minutes (with the number in line waiting message) - I was down to No 2 - when it cut off and went to a ringing tone again. I repeated this 3 times... and gave up. Went into the practice to hand in a form for a patient who was re-registering to the practice, and the receptionist seemed pretty phased when I was trying to explain, and handing in form. She told me that they were very understaffed. Also informed her of the phone situation - to which she said, nothing was wrong with them. Had to diplomatically explain that wasn't the case. Also - the practise appears to have no website, which is unusual, and makes direct communications even harder. | ||||||
