Met an excellent lady there who took our blood test, Hind, she was literally a ray of sunshine. She made us feel welcomed, me, my mother and my father as all of us had blood tests. I would recommend here to all my family members as it was such a pleasant experience. | ||||||

Having worked in health care environment for many years myself I was very surprised to learn that your practice was now being used as a creche!
When visiting the practice the reception area was left left unmanned for around 10 minutes, there was children playing nearby with a lady attending to them.
The lady then returned to the reception area although she was very apologetic for the delay she explained those were her children and the summer holidays were here.
Whilst I can appreciate that child care can be difficult i do not think a GP surgery is the right playground for them, this is not the 1st time I have visited the practice in White city and seen this hence why I am writing my concerns down hoping that somebody will address them.
Having children playing in a gp waiting area is not very good! | ||||||
