As a newcomer to the UK, I was very apprehensive about relying on NHS. After retiring we decided to purchase a bit of private insurance as we learn about NHS.
We latched onto a doctor at the Chiswick Family Doctors Practice and have been NHS fans since.
She has now cared and advised for us on a wide range of medical issues. She consistently is friendly and a fantastic listener but moreover a fabulously knowledgable professional doctor with a wide range of applicable skills. She also knows NHS well and helps us to navigate well. | ||||||

I've just joined this practice and was so relieved to receive such a warm welcome from the lady at Reception. There was no queue and she was smiley, efficient and polite. A great start, many thanks | ||||||
