i asked Argyle to remove me from the NHS Covid sms badgering scheme as i do not want a Covid vaccination under any circumstances today i get an sms which has ignored my clearly stated request , it seems to me that patient data is being shared with thoird parties i will not be bullied or coerced into something i do not want , i also note that its next to impossible to get anybody to answer the phone |

There’s only one (1) competent receptionist and this one failed me today! They “forget” to book appointments, gp’s forgot to call me, Files not added to my record..awesome! |

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother-in-law, who has been registered here since 2012. The care has been fantastic over the last 6 months, when she has sadly become more frail. I agree with other reviewers that the premises are now a bit cramped and it can be tricky to get through on the phone. However, when going to the surgery, the staff, from the receptionists to the nurses and GPs are unfailing polite, kind and supportive. We've never really needed the GP before, but now as she needs more care, the medical service has been great. The GPs have been excellent. I'm impressed by the quality of the locums employed alongside the regular GPs (I say that because I'm medical myself). |
