My family and I have been going to Greenford family health practice for the past 25 years. We have always been happy with the doctors,receptionists nurses and everyone in this practice.this place is getting better and better day after day. We are very lucky and grateful to have them here. Failed to detect family members cancer until it was too late!! Patient presented with numerous symptoms and was fobbed off for ages Dr also failed to diagnose septic shock fail to follow procedures even though patient was HIGH risk category a vet would've treated patient better | ||||||

I have been registered with this practice for a few years now and have always received outstanding customer service. Saw a new face from the nursing team yesterday and it was very nice to see someone with a positive, calm aura, who i could easily have a laugh with and not just talk about health but other things too. There’s many young professionals who listen to interrupt and rudely ignore but very few who listen to understand and help. Extremely satisfied with my service as she was very friendly, yet professional. I never shake the hand of my doctors or nurses but today I did. Well done Greenford Avenue, you have the best employees I have seen at any practice. | ||||||
