A terrible terrible booking system. The receptionists are the worst you can imagine because they think they have the knowledge to screen the patients and decide when to book them. They also tell the manager is unavailable most likely to cover their backs. It appears the GP surgery is run oy by receptionists and no doctor ia in sight. Run away from this GP if you have a serious health problem. |

I called the practice today to book an urgent appointment as I developed what I believe to be a severe pain from my kidney. The phone was answered and put back down serval times before I was asked…. how I could be helped
as I started to ask for an urgent appointment I was told to go to the walk in centre……I had to insist that I needed an appointment at one of the hubs the response the was I can’t I’m on my own… you need to call back later…can’t you hear the phones ringing here it takes long to get on there you will need to call back in half an hour when someone comes to help me.
Luckily I managed to persuade the receptionist to look for a hub appointment for me luckily this was the last one remaining what is I called back in half an hour would it still be there?
The practice seems to be a giant mess.
why don’t staff care about supporting local people?
Why do the Drs only do the minimal?
are the people from in and around Chichele Road not valued?
I have to fight every time I come to this practice what happens when Im too old and can no longer fight for my basic rights.
I also suffer with my blood pressure at the moment most practices would have sent me loads of letters to see the HCA Nurse ect for them to at least meet basic Qof Targets but not Chichele Road
What has gone wrong with this practice?
Does NHS England need to come and have a serious look into the practices hear with the CQC?
something is seriously wrong what caring practice would make sick people stand in the street for hours waiting for a chance of getting an appointment? This is a nasty unsympathetic outdated practice. Why can’t the sick people call from the comfort or their homes at least?
I will write to NHS England and to practice manager and all the patience at CHichele road must do the same I we don’t speak out no one will see our suffering at the practice |

I've been with the surgery for over 15yrs. It used to be good. Now you have to wait from 7.30am come snow rain or shine just so you can get to see a doctor. If you come at 9am as I have on many occasions was told no appointments go to walk in. Secataries so rude. I have 15 members of my family here very soon we are moving. The surgery should open early so ppl can sit in waiting room I'm disgusted at the way we stand outside for over a long period of time just to be seen by a doctor. The doctor comes twice a week now dr are busy with their own personal lives than caring for patients. I've been sent back 7times in last 3weeks just because I got to surgery at 9am only 18 patients are seen some appointments are given over the phone so by the time we get to the door rudely get told come early tomorrow or go walk in. I'm taking this surgery to my local mp and taking my whole family out never will I recommend this surgery. |
