Terrible, unprofessional receptionists, they don't have manners, rude, they ignoring you as they carry on speaking their own language, there is a language barrier as they can communicate, they can express themselves to patients, they really need a customer service skills training and they don't have patient. Doctors are never the same, they don't seem to last too long. Definitely avoid this practice. It needs a visit from CCQ ASAP. Practice Manager should to take action on this. Practice manager never seems to be on site |

I visited the practice, three weeks ago with my mother-in-law as she had an appointment. Appointment was running late and I asked to the receptionist named Klevisa about how long will we need to wait to see the doctor and she answered me back: “I didn’t need to wait and I could go as the appointment was not for me”. I found this receptionist-Ms Klevisa- extremely rude, unprofessional, extremely arrogant, uncaring and she is working in the NHS. Who the HELL she thinks she is! I was respectful when I approached to ask at the reception desk. I went back and I didn’t say anything and I went back to wait with my mother-in-law in silence. While I was waiting prior approaching to ask about the delay of the appointment, I was observing how these unprofessional receptionists’ work: Ms Klevisa was confronting a patient as this one was asking her for her name and Klevisa didn’t want to give to him. The Asian receptionist, Ms Devi was trying to communicate with a patient, obviously a language barrier for Ms Devi apart for lacking of customer skills. Ms Devi was telling this patient to post a positive review mentioning her name because she booked an appointment for her! Is the practice manager giving gold stars to staff for doing their job? This is appalling. I think we need to remind them the role on their jobs Once my mother-in-law’s appointment was over, I asked Ms Klevisa for the practice manager and of course this, wasn’t on site. If he should have been on site, he would have heard the responses from his own staff. These receptionists were in charge on that day or on a daily basis? This practice is getting awful. It seems that Practice Manager doesn’t care about patients or their own staff. Where is this practice manager when we ask for him? |
