Is not possible to book appointment there. This practise remind calling centre rather that GP practise. First you need to have luck somebody will pick up the phone (is could take 40-60minut) then you are told that there is no more slot and you need try next day. Next day story repeat. You can use online service. I am not sure if someone even read it what you wrote it this patchs system. Is a joke to treat people via chat box. Over last few months I have not luck to book appointment. I will leave them - is not point as is not Gp practise anymore. Desk stuff is very unfriendly and quite patronising. | ||||||

When I called on a general line. I was on hold for 1.5hrs. I cannot imagine they are serving people for that long online. I just needed information regarding doctor’s information to provide to Northwick Park hospital to update the medical record. And I am trying to help someone to get their records right so practice doctor can get reports send to him. | ||||||

I have a complaint about this pratice system of booking an appointment as my wife have been trying to book to see a gp for four days now and even got a referral from the 111 and still could mange yo book an appointment, so i ask for the complaint procedure and that still took 15minutes. Hilarious. | ||||||
