Today I have been put on hold for 5 times and I was on phone over an hour and half , three times receptionists put me on hold and I was holding on over 30 minutes then they cut me off then I rang again some one put on hold again saying I am putting you through to the doctor , I hold on for over 20 minutes no response , finally spoke to the doctor and doc said I am printing your X rays slip now when I went to surgery no sign of X rays slip my wife waited for 10 minutes then she been told some one will contact to you about your X-rays . Terrible front counter service |

My mum has been a patient of this surgery for years. I would like to thank the doctor and the receptionist staff for being kind and caring. But also, a huge thank you to a particular member of staff for being so helpful with my mums care. My mum always praises her as she hasn’t encountered any issues with booking future appointments and always has a positive attitude, and a beautiful smile. Thank you to this GP surgery for keeping my mum happy! |

I have been registered at this surgery since I was born, the permanent doctor are brilliant.. The receptionists and Admin staff are always caring and always willing to help where possible. I would recommend the surgery to others. |
