I can't even get a face to face appt to see the GP. I reported my condition tnrough Patchs on 2nd May and they called and diagnosed the condition from a photo. Prescribed a steroid cream. No change in the candition after using the cream, made me call them again. I'm told to upload a photo on Patchs. This time the diagnosis improved.... they sent me a TEXT for medication. No discussion about what they are treating me for. I called and asked for the Duty Doctor, infamous Partner Mitchell. I've been with this practice for over 35 years. I'm still waiting for her to call me. Meanwhile my condition gets worse... | ||||||

Can never get to see a GP I am a very sick person and find it very stressful to even contact my GP because you have to be constantly fighting to see someone face to face. I only get medication send to the pharmacy after two minutes on the phone they have the don't care attitude and have their patience out here stress out. I am now so afraid of them because they don’t have the time to spent with you to find out what’s really going on and just prescribing medication which does nothing for me each time I call for a face to face appointment can’t get past the phone call which is disgusting and they have no form of sympathy for the patients they are hurting and making ill by there NEGLIGENCE i am actually afraid of them now because I don’t think they care enough about their parents anymore . | ||||||
