My faith has now been restored regarding the practice. I tried to get a response with physio regarding my hip which seem never to come and add to scream and shout in the surgery. The Reception manager and took responsibility to sought my issue which include talking to my GP Dr Arun Notaney. She promised to keep me updated which she did and got appointed with GP reasonably fast. So I like to say thank you for doing a good job much appreciated ???????? |

It is always impossible to get a face to face appointment. Telephone assessments not always suit the patient. I dislike to have to tell the receptionist why I want to see the GP. Not in agreement with that it is not for them to decide whether or not I can see a GP also I don't have to disclose my medical issues to them. It is not ok. Also they tell you there are no face to face appointments left in the next 3 weeks but if you speak with the GP they can see You the following week. No it is not ok. |

I had a very pleasant experience. Been with them for 31years. Recently visited the practice. All staff were friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. I had an appointment with the nurse, though it was a routine appointment, she did ot rush me. She took her time, explained everything in detail, also booked a further appointment for me,keeping in mind my working hours and taking the stress away from me. Always have been treated very well. |
