I have been a patient with the surgery for the past two years. I have found that in comparison to other GP surgeries I have been registered in the past, I have always been able to get an appointment easily and often within a few days of calling. The reception staff and Drs have responded to my queries promptly and I have found them to be most helpful. I would recommend this practice to others as feel that the quality of care I have received so far has been excellent. The Drs here really seem to care and often offer follow up appointments unlike other practices were they seem to hurry you out of the door. |

I hear from many friends about how awful their Doctors are. I feel happy to say the doctor and staff are amazing. The service I receive is 110%
The knowledge, time, and compassion is faultless and I can say honestly if you want a whole service this is the place to register |

I have been a patient at the clinic for around 4 years now. To be honest I am generally in good health but have fertility issues.
The general knowledge on fertility is next to nothing. Only after I have been asking for a referral to the specialist for over 6 months that I got one.... Sort of.. the doctor didn't reply to the specialist for almost 4 months while I was waiting patiently. And only after I went there and inquired about the progress that I have noticed unanswered email which put everything on pause for such a long time.
The overall feeling there is do not care... Always late for all appointments and don't reply to the communication if you're nice, only once you complain...
My mobile phone number hasn't been changed on the records even though I asked over and over. I was told many times it has been changed but when I received a referral letter for blood tests my old number was still there.
Not happy. GP should help and guide and not say to You: Well this is the reality, time is running out (whilst they take 4 months to reply to an email)
Will be definitely changing. |
