Miscommunication from the surgery. I was told I do not need any vaccines to travel to India, my sister who is registered at the same GP was told you do need booster vaccines. This whole situation has caused a lot of stress as due to the surgery providing incorrect information I am unable to get my vaccines before I travel as they do not have any appointments and are not willing to help. They did not even care when I told them that if something was to happen to me in India this would fall on their shoulders. Awful experience and we are now leaving this dreadful surgery. | ||||||

Terrible experience at this surgery. I have been a patient for years, and due to the last 4 visits, I have now decided to join another surgery. Poor communication between doctors, staff and of course patients. Expect to wait 45min till you’re seen by the doctor, even though you have a pre booked appointment. | ||||||

getting an appointment is near impossible, they say they can’t book appointments in advance and that you have to call in the morning, and then in the morning .... you’ll be in queue for ages for them to then tell you all the appointments are gone, EVERY SINGLE TIME! | ||||||
