I registered up for this GP in the end of 2019. I'm in good health, I exercise and eat well, so I didn't need to see a doctor for the first three years. Unfortunately, I had some serious stomach problems last year and had to turn to them, and I quickly discovered that seeing the doctor in person was really difficu< I was constantly forced to accept visits via phone. However, they did expose me to a series of extremely complex and invasive tests to screen for cancer. Some of these gets additionally pushed me to seek treatment sooner in private, paid facilities in Italy. After a year of hospitalisations and visits, thankfully all with negative results, I still have the same major difficulties. I went to a private clinic two months ago, partially because I was weary of feeling sick and partly because of this GP's lack of professionalism. They told me right away that I had a food intolerance and given me a plan to follow for a month. My problems had practically disappeared after a week. The private clinic advised me to get tested for intolerances and allergies such as gluten, lactose, and so on. They told me to return to my usual doctor and request that these tests be performed as soon as possible. I went to my GP today and discussed everything to the doctor who has been observing me lately. She wouldn't let me take these tests, only the gluten testing. She also refused to allow me to get a dermatological examination, which I had requested for months. She told me that she could only solve one problem per appointment, 10 min. max. Very good, but the government, they take my money to pay your salary in full, not just a portion. And I can't say no like you do. There is no problem, doctor. Every time I visit your centre, I note senior citizens who are desperate and upset at you, complaining about your service. So, since I can travel freely moving around, I registered with another GP as soon as I left your clinic today. I know I haven't done much, but perhaps you'll have a little more time for someone else from now on. And others will do the same as me, and there will come a time when you will have few patients to follow, and I'm sure you will be able to listen better, be kinder, and spend more time to each one. All the best Federico Usai |

The only way to get an appointment is to call at 8.30 which I do daily and then I’m told to call at 2 as they don’t have any appointments. I can’t keep calling and it’s impossible as I work during these hours. Their website is difficult to navigate to make an appointment. They cannot offer me another way to see a doctor other than going through this system. I desperately need an appointment. |

I arrived at this practice their doctor was late for my appointment when I spoke to the receptionist team at the desk they are so rude and arrogant not polite and very unhelpful not accommodating I would suggest to take time away this kind of behaviour rudeness should not be tolerated. I wouldn't recommend their services. |
