I wish I could give -5 stars! Extremely rude staff at reception, they regularly hang up the phone if don’t like the questions don’t fit their narrative or you challenge them on something. Even if you managed to get trough a doctor or a nurse the patient care is appalling. You have to always beg for things to be done on their side! Enough is enough I’m leaving this GP practice! |

I understand we’re all managing this pandemic and the NHS is doing their best, I have to express my gratitude to the staff/ team at Jai medical Centre. I use their online facilities to order my medication and get this swiftly. It’s a difficult time and the media are not supporting our GP surgeries.I understand the immense pressure the doctors and the teams are under and the staff are really taking abuse daily on the phones. I’m sorry other patients can’t behave more courteously towards them. Thank you we really appreciate you. |
