Today I went to register myself in the Park view surgery. The receptionist told that I should bring the address proof. I requested the registration application form but, they refused to give me the form without address proof. I asked whether it is possible to download the registration form. The receptionist gave wrong information as "it is not possible". It shows their irresponsible attitude towards patients. I went to an other surgery. there the receptionist kindly issued me the form. I understand that registration form could also be downloaded via internet. | ||||||

The surgery was once quite good but no more.
I had some good doctors but they left and there was high turn over of doctors.
Whilst the reception was good in my experience the medical care wasn't. I felt my needs were secondary to cost cutting. Nothing ever went smoothly from repeat prescriptions to referrals, I had to make multiple visits and experienced long delays for everything. Whatever the query it seemed like a mystery to them. Poor management.
The nursing part was good and I think it is regrettable the surgery has declined as it has. I cannot recommend it to anyone. | ||||||
