The service is deteriorating day by day. It’s actually gone from bad to worse. I have been a patient at the GP for a while and the earlier the service was good. The reception staff is very rude , unprofessional and unfriendly. They are not willing to help . I was turned away with a high BP stating nothing to worry. I have had electronic forms to submit BP before but now the reception seems to not know how to send them or apparently not available. The excuse they give they are new or don’t know how to do it or only nurse knows it. Telephone appointment given and the message that comes states it is a in person appointment. The appointment is given for a specific time and day. The message from GP states a the full opening hours of GP as appointment. The reception staff , Sandra is rude, inefficient and gives more stress to Patients. She requires training on communication and also use of technology available at the Practice. Poor service |

I have used the service three times in the last two years and on every occasion there’s has been unnecessary admin errors. The multiple errors have resulted in very delayed care whilst causing distress (and physical pain). This is a very dangerous service that has zero regards to health. |

Went for flu jab Offered extra shingles jab .. fine Two nurses one a trainee who administered inoculations Think practice should know when I arrived home both the arms on my white t shirt were covered in blood … I have never experienced this before Perhaps the young lady should have had more experience on an orange before setting her loose on human flesh!!! |
