I thing the staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful. They really make every effort effort to support you regardless of their self evidently straightened circumstances. The doctors have been extemely supportive (especially Dr Shah) wiht the complex care of my elderly father. I am speaking with over 10 months experience of the Watling Surgery, Stanmore | ||||||

If I could register elsewhere for GP services then I absolutely would. Theres one woman there (I refuse to say lady, cause she's not) who is just disgustingly rude. I am always polite and courteous and would expect the first voice you talk to at a health care facility to be the same. She is sarcastic, rude, catty and extremely uncaring. Talks over you, talks to others about you while you're still on the line too! I'm not the only one to have experienced this. I'm going to be making a formal complaint after the treatment I received last week. | ||||||

My experience with the surgery was first class. I requested a referral for a private scan . Dr D promptly did the request within a few hours. She phoned me to explain the results after 48 hours. This really helped me to explain why i was getting some worrying symptoms. Thank you Dr D | ||||||
