Rude receptionist who tries to determine whether one needs an appt or not. Not only do they ask you questions the gp should be asking and actioning, they then try to dole out advice as to which medication to “go buy at boots” even for children. Absolutely shocking. Answering the phone does NOT wualify you as a gp! |

I emailed the surgery a short summary of my issues, received immediate callback, followed by prompt follow up action - the GP was friendly but laser focused focused on what needed doing - he then followed up couple of days later to make sure I was feeling better. Couldnt have asked for anything more - well done and thank you! |
