This is not a Dr Surgery - it’s an admin centre where they send you to A&E for everything, you can never see a Dr, trying to speak to any staff is a stressful and unpleasant experience as they don’t want to help, they just fob you off. Seriously letting their patients down and getting away with it. There is no proper complaints procedure in place, staff are constantly changing so the most simple request takes forever to sort out. Not fit for purpose. |

Useless clinic! That needs to be shut down or replaced with useful and helpful staff. Waste of time and waste of government money i.e our tax money! |

One of the most terrible practises I’ve ever been to. The receptionist was beyond unhelpful, they called me 5 times throughout work telling me I’ve never been on the medication I’ve been on for 6 months, basically accusing me on lying when in fact they had lost my medical records. She didn’t know the proper name of my medication AS A DOCTOR, they should really reconsider rehiring, service was shocking |
