I had a last minute appointment for an ECG after complaining about heart palpitations. That was very impressive. I got my appointment on the same day I reported my problem. When I turned up for my appointment, I waited patiently for the person at the desk to acknowledge my presence. Obviously, what she was doing on the computer was of greater importance as she blatantly ignored me for a good few minutes before asking if she could help. If she had even looked up and signalled she’d be with me in a moment , I could have accepted that. Not a great first impression of Bishops Park. I’m used to South Street where I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. The nurse, however, who did my ECG was amazing. She put me at ease and was friendly and professional. So, all ok where it really mattered. | ||||||

I had a problem getting a repeat prescription. I went in to sort the problem out. The staff could not have been more helpful. They are friendly and I think they do a good job.I am lucky to be registered with a good caring surgery. | ||||||

3rd October 2016. (3.45 -4.45 pm ). After waiting on the phone 32 minutes listening to a recorded message telling me my call was important to you I hung up. Tried again 10 minutes later and had the same problem another 16 minutes wait before the phone was eventually answered. Appalling. How could I possibly recommend the surgery to family and friends if I can't get through to make an appointment in response to a letter received from the surgery? | ||||||
